What are the seller's concessions?

The seller's concessions that we are able to negotiate are generally about 10%. The 10% concessions can generally be used for the following:

Your 10% down, as required by the bank.
To pay your mortgage payments.
To pay your property management company fees.
Receive an upgrade credit.
Receive a decorating credit.

All of this is paid after you close escrow, with the exception of the 10% down that is needed. This is given to you as a gift of equity by the seller.
